James Woodward & Sons, 64 St. James Street, London. Best BLE composed pair.  This is the number two gun of the pair, sn 7027 ca 1934-39. Gun #1 (BPS inventory #1543481) sn 6814 ca 1922-27.  Both guns are 12 gauge with 2 1/2" chambers with initials "ACEM" in the stock oval.  Purdey Style Rose and Scroll engraving on case colored actions.  Non-articulated triggers.  Chopperlump Barrels-28 Inch.  Concave solid rib with front bead sight. No case or accessories.
