RARE NORTHERN ITALIAN MILITARY SNAPHAUNCE BLUNDERBUSS CA. MID 1700’S. Large size Blunderbuss measuring 38” overall . Round 23 ½” blued iron sighted barrel with 1 ½” bore diameter at the muzzle. Iron mounts and plain dark stained wood stock. Highly articulated lock with all the original parts. Stock with the original dark lacquer stain. Metal with dark grey original attic patina. Very good stock with old glued repair forward of the lock using the original piece. Lock in working order. Even has the original wood ramrod and sling swivel.
