"Beautiful Colt 1889 Altered Revolver. Made in 1892. This gun has 95% of the original blue. Both trigger and hammer have blue fire. Grips are very good and do not have a cartouche. Bore is excellent. Most of the 1889’s were altered to the later models and replaced barrels, cylinders and small parts. Only a few hundred escaped the alterations.
