Description:
This Remington 700 has been outfitted with an aftermarket stock, most likely a BDL Varmint/Tactical Vertical Grip Style like the one made by Bell and Carlson. This stock features a wide beavertail forend and a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. There are places on the forend that look as if some sort of varnish dripped down the sides before drying. There is also some discoloration in the bluing, visible in the photos. The Remington 700 has been a favorite for years, and for good reason.
