Here we have a trim little 12 gauge boxlock from A. Francotte. The gun was imported and retailed through Von Lengerke & Detmold and is adorned with fine Belgian scroll. The 26" Damascus barrels still ring nicely, and remain tight and on-face. The gun is equipped with a Greener-style crossbolt. The bores are particularly respectable considering the age of the piece, and the lever sits at the 6 o'clock position. At six pounds even, this is a handy vintage double from one of Belgium's more respected makers. 12 Gauge
