Deriving from the Marlin Model 1891, the world's first ever .22 lever-action., this Model 39A is the oldest and longest continuously produced shoulder firearm history. The 39A would eventually develop into the standard for which all .22s are assessed. The checkered American walnut stock and forend, blued steel finish and 19-round tubular magazine are incorporated into this design. This is a beautiful gun with a rich history, and identified as an iconic model amongst gun enthusiasts.
