Description:
This really is a lovely rifle, with a beautiful piece of wood posing as a gunstock. Right handed rollover comb, schnabel fore-end. There is an issue with this gun that must be pointed out up front, the finish coat of polyurethane (or whatever it is) on the gunstock is crackling. Much like what happens to older Brownings that have that thick shiny reflective coat on the wood. It just is what it is. If you want it perfect, it'll have to be stripped and refinished. That being said, it has nothing to do with how the gun works or shoots. The 23" barrel has a bright, shiny clean bore. The bottom of the trigger guard has been engraved with the initials KRA, looks like they were gold? filled. The rifle comes with one 5 round magazine. On top is a Weaver K4-C3 optic with simple crosshairs reticle. Looks nice and clear. Really a lovely rifle that no doubt is a heck of a classy shooter. LOP is a touch over 14", the rifle as you see it weighs 7 lbs 12 and is 42" in overall length. In order to protect your investment, all long guns over $500 must be shipped in a hard case. Minimum shipping at this level is $55 and includes the hard case. Shipping cost could increase depending on value or weight of the firearm. For long guns less than $500, we still recommend the purchase of a hard case, again to protect your investment. These numbers are for shipping to the lower 48.
