For sale we have a used Marlin model 39 with a early 4 digit serial number 23XX. You know being in a gun shop everyday we are luckier than others, but this is one of those guns that are hard to walk by. The rifle was used but cared for, the bore good the bluing still nice and the wood is solid. The butt plate chipped at the toe and was most likely fixed right away so it wouldn't catch on his shoulder. These old Rimfire rifles where tools of the day, unlike today. The Redfield sights are not factory, but I think that's what it is about the rifle that gives it the old school cool look. Need more pictures or info. give us a call.
