Caliber 38 WCF. 24 inch Round barrel with button mag. Shotgun butt. Original sights. Crisp action and a bright shiny bore. Strong blue on barrel and receiver. Some light flaking on left side plate. Strong case colors on the hammer with slightly less colors on the lever. Wood is in great shape and still proud to the metal with no cracks and most original oil finish. Butt plate still has a lot of original blue on it. This fine rifle hasn’t seen a lot of use considering it is 133 years old! This gun was not used by the cowboys out on the range. More than likely it stayed out east and was ordered by someone well to do. This would look fine in any Winchester collection.
