Description:
A factory letter accompanies these sequential Model 29’s confirming they shipped as a pair on March 17 1961 to EK Tyron, Philadelphia, PA. Both guns are identically configured with a 6 1/2” barrel, original bright blue finish and checkered Goncalo Alves diamond target stocks AKA ‘Cokes’. Each gun comes in the equally mint mahogany clamshell display case that have been professionally re-flocked and restored by Joe Cebull.
Knowledgeable collectors are aware of the extreme rarity of factory ordered sequential pairs, doubly so in early .44 Magnums, of which there are only a few such known. Each gun remains in positively awesome condition from end to end retaining 99% of the original bright blue finish which shows only the faintest of collector type handing evidence and aging. Both guns show no signs of firing outside of the factory! Truly a special opportunity to add a valuable and investment grade set of .44 Magnums to your collection!
