Up for sale is a 99G Savage Takedown in 300Sav. caliber. 1941 mfg. date, Ser. # 4043xx.This was the last year
the model G was made. Rifle is in all original condition with no extra holes in wood or metal. Rifle has a 24" barrel
with brite shiny bore, takedown assembly works as it should with solid takeup. The stock,forearm and buttplate
#'s all match. This a a very desireable prewar rifle in great condition. Rifle will ship in hardside case with Insurance
