WW2 AUSTRALIAN LITHGOW SMLE NO.1 MK.3* .303 CAL. INFANTRY RIFLE DATED 1941. All original, matching and complete and in very good plus condition. Receiver stamped “MA/LITHGOW/S.M.L.E./III*/1941. Has most of the Parkerized metal finish and stock finish. Butt still retains original battle paint and forend painted in same color “27” probable regiment designation. Working order with somewhat dark bore with good rifling that should clean up easily.
