The factory S&W historian has confirmed this awesome 2nd Model K-22 Masterpiece shipped on May 23, 1940 to Dunham, Carrigan & Hayden Co. in San Francisco, California. The gun is equipped with a 6” barrel, original bright blue finish, red post front sight on a King reflector base with a King white outline rear sight blade and checkered walnut silver medallion diamond magna grips. An extremely rare model in a seldom seen configuration!
The gun remains in outstanding condition from end to end showing only the slightest handling and shooting wear. The bore and cylinder chambers are mint and the mechanical working order is flawless. Bottom line a supremely cool 2nd Model K-22 Masterpiece that will be a valuable addition to any collection!
