Description:
This 6.5x50mm Japanese Arisaka Type 38 bolt action rifle was made by the Tokyo Arsenal between 1914-1917. It has a blued 31.4” blued tapered round barrel mounted with an elevation adjustable rear flip up ladder sight and a windage adjustable pyramid front sight. The bore is good with strong rifling. The top of the receiver has the chrysanthemum intact. The Select Hardwood stock has some dents, scratches and chips from usage; you can see where the stock was spliced on both sides of the butt from the factory. The rifle features a steel buttplate, military sling swivels and a cleaning rod . Please Note: The bolt is missing the firing pin, firing pin spring, and cocking knob. Therefore, we are selling this rifle AS-IS. Length of pull is 13-1/4”, overall length is 50-1/4”, weight is 9 lbs. Our stock number is A863. Will ship to any FFL anywhere in the United States.
