STUNNING INLAND WWII M! CARBINE!
Item Description
Firearms Unlimited LLC is proud to present this stunning Inland manufactured WWII M1 Carbine! The receiver on this carbine dates to roughly September of 1943, with the barrel marked Inland Div. of General Motors “10-43” meaning this war horse is still fitted with its original correct barrel! Condition is excellent with the low wood walnut stock only having some minor dings, and a wonderful rich deep color that WWII collectors love. The Parkerizing on the receiver and barrel is excellent, again only showing some very minor signs of use if any. The bore is like new, with mirror like reflections and razor sharp grooves. The T-1 flat bolt is in mint condition and operates smoothly with a solid lockup. This Type-3 configured gun features many of its original correct components like the correct “SA” marked barrel band, correct “4” marked front sight base, and correct “SG” marked hammer, all of which are correct with a Type-1 M1 carbine made by Inland. The rear sight is marked “JAO 7160060 “ which is correct for an arsenal Type-3. The magazine catch is marked “M” which would be correct for a Type 3 arsenal as it was carried over from the M2 carbine. The buttplate is unmarked, a typical sight on arsenal M1 carbines. This rifle is equipped with a real M3U flash hider muzzle device, and is fitted with a correct sling, oiler and magazine pouch! The rifle also comes with (3) original WWII 20 round magazines, and (1) original 10 round magazine. Do not hesitate on this beauty, whether to compliment your current collection, or to be the center of a starting one, this carbine demands attention and pictures can only do a gun like this so much justice.
