Remington Beals' Navy .36 Caliber Percussion. This revolver has U.S. sub Inspectors marks on the cylinder, barrel, and frame. The grips do not have inspector marks but this is a late production Beal’s Navy serial # 14433. Records indicate that U.S. Army purchased 400-500 guns in the 13,000 to 15,000 range. The grips are original to this revolver. Bore is excellent. Barrel markings are clear and legible. The action works and indexes perfectly. This revolver has a very pleasing appearance.
