New and unused. I thought I might reload 28 gauge but never did, and don't have a 28 ga shotgun anymore, so this was never used. The Super Sizer re-sizes shells for the most exacting shotguns. Eight steel fingers encircle the base and apply even pressure until the base is reshaped back to its original size. SOLD.
