U.S, Springfield Model 1898 Krag Rifle in .30-40 Krag. SN #332198. Mfg. in 1899. LOP 13 1/4". 30" barrel with a good bore for it's age. Strong rifling with some light pitting. Both the Blued Metal and the straight Walnut stock and forend have been nicely refinished. Compartment in stock for cleaning kit. Includes a Leather Sling. Mechanically sound. Clear cartouches.
