Description Colt Employee Owned and Purchased Pair of six-shot Single Action Army Revolvers Chambered in .357 Magnum. Each with a 5.5" barrel, Blued bbl, trigger guard, backstrap and cylinder with Color Case Frames, and hammer. Hard rubber Rampant colt stocks. Barrel Marked COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY .357 MAGNUM, with single line Hartofrd Address. Each trigger guard marked VP, one "E" and one "C". With original Colt Employee Purchase paperwork and later tuning work order with triggers tuned to 3.0 lbs. Serial numbers: S28788A and S33857A. Previous owner was supervisor of the Colt Custom Shop. This is a chance to own a unique pair of custom Colts, chosen by and owned by Colt management. *NOTE* Interesting that the picture of the Colt intake work order to set the trigger that shows just one page lists the owner of the gun at the top left and it's signed for by the Colt employee at the bottom right who are the same person!
Condition: Modern Good to Very Good with holster wear at both muzzles, and the front edges of the cylinders. Good bore with strong rifling, handling marks and use to stocks. Strong Color case finish, handling and minor nicks to blued surfaces. Excellent function.
