This little guy is 98 years young and has aged extremely well .
This combination is rare ! I've never seen another Model 12, 20 gauge ,25 inch , full choke barrel!
Also, it apparently hasn't been shot or hunted with very much. The finish, both
wood and metal are excellent. We opened this one up to see inside and were
surprised to find very little sign of use,no signs of wear and no dirt.
It's mechanically fine. I cleaned and waxed the wood, I do that with nearly all my guns,
This is one fine gun as it sits, no other way to look st it.
You know the old saying," if only guns could talk". If so , this one would probably be saying," get me out of this closet,
I want to go hunting."
This little fellow has another Century of hunting left to share with some lucky sportsman....
