This is a very nice example of a Walther Model 4 rig, manufactured in the 1930's. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" proofs. It has a Germany export mark, indicating it was sold in the international commercial market. The gun comes with what looks like a period correct leather holster that fits the gun but doesn't look like it goes with this model. The gun has retained about 91-92% of its original bluing. There is minor wear and pitting along the high edges of the slide and muzzle. Splotchy discoloration on both sides of the slide. Spotty wear and freckling on the straps. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct magazine. The bore has good rifling but there is minor freckling throughout.
