Built in 1948 in the first year of production this early Pre Model 14 AKA K-38 Masterpiece is equipped with a 6” narrow rib barrel, Patridge blade front sight, original blue finish and the numbers matching checkered walnut diamond magna grips. The gun comes in the original numbers matching gold picture box with the tissue wrap and Helpful Hints brochure. Overall a stellar K-frame that is virtually as-new! The original satin blue finish rates 99%+ showing only the faintest of collector type handling evidence. A rather hard to find K-38 in top shelf condition that is sure to be a welcome addition to any collection!
