DESCRIPTION: A. F. Stoeger DWM commercial Luger s/n 9084n, .30 cal./7.65 mm, relatively rare 3-7/8" barrel (most are 4" or 6"), strong American eagle on frame, three-line Stoeger inscription on right receiver and right frame rail, gesichert-marked safety, correct wood-bottom magazine without metal disc insert, no grip safety, 99% wood grips correctly serialed to the gun (a highly desirable feature), 100% matching serial numbers, v-rear sight, 90-95% straw, NRA blueing grading VG-F with holster wear at the usual locations on the side plate, trigger guard and barrel front band area. According to Michael Reese, there were less than 100 Stoeger Lugers made. Reese in his book "Luger Tips" calls the Stoeger Luger "the most sought after commercial model Luger.
