Description:
Here is a very nice S&W Model 21-4 "Thunder Ranch". It's chambered in the timeless .44 Special and sports a 4" barrel and is in really nice shape, overall in excellent condition, and has a minty bore. The front sight has been textured with a 40-lpi Swiss file which greatly improves the sight picture, especially in bright light. The single action trigger pull breaks at a crisp 2.5 lbs. without the slightest hint of creep and the double action pull is light and smooth. The safety lock has been removed and replaced with a blank, but the original lock and parts will be sent with the revolver. There is a small diagonal scratch on the cylinder and your typical handling marks. Please note- the key that is used to enable/disable the safety lock as well as the key to the presentation case didn't come with the revolver, but I'm sure S&W would be happy to send the buyer new ones. As with all these later S&W's, it's a good shooter and given that it's a .44 Special, this one would make an outstanding woods/trail revolver. USPS 3-Day Priority Shipping will be extra.
