The brass identification plate shows this pistol was assigned to the Military Air Department (Militrire Luchtvaartafdeling) at Kalijati air field in Java. See the publication: The Mauser Parabellum 1930 - 1946 by Don R. Hallock & Joop van de Kant chapter 22 for detailed information.
This pistol is all numbers matching including the grip panels, has a mint bore, and the finish rates a stunning 98 to 99%.
Included is a Dutch M11 holster and a rare double magazine pouch with pin punch and loading tool. To complete this fine rig there are three scarce Dutch magazines with the removable spring base.
This is a very collectible Dutch rig in super condition and interesting air service history, Guaranteed 100% correct and original.
