Description:
A custom very well made .45 cal heavy barrel (.935") percussion rifle with a professionally browned 32" barrel with very clean rifled bore, and the lockplate is browned also. The action works well, and the nipple is clean.Brass furniture has an aged mustard coloring, except the nose cap is cast pewter , very well fitted and finished. Front sight is a German silver blade type and the rear sight is a buck-horn type. The American walnut stock is very well finished. The oak ram-rod with a heavy brass tip is extra long, and has a name stamped on it: JORARD? Overall a very finely made custom rifle. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.
