Bought several years ago to fill a gap, I didn't have any 40s on the shelf I thought it was a good idea, but there has been no intrest locally. I bought this as a used gun from one of the national distributors, but it came in without any noticeable abuse, and all paperwork is in the box. Since they they don't normally deal in used items and they don't take returns, I suspect they had a shoot off on a slow day. Again all paperwork is present.
