Sporterized Schmidt Rubin 1889. The barrel and stock have been shortened from their original length and a rubber buttpad has been installed.The finish appears to be original, which is in fairly good shape, but it does have slight pitting areas around the barrel. The wood stock has a fair amount of scratches and dings which is consistent with the age of the rifle. The barrel and receiver have matching serial numbers. It comes with original issue twelve round magazine. 7.5 x 53 Swiss
