NOTE: ERRO IN THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE ...NOT IN AS NEW CONDITON. THIS GUN IS IN GOOD BUT NOT PERFECT CONDITON, ALSO IT HAS A LEFT HANDED BUTT STOCK SO IT MAY WORK FOR EITHER A LEFTY OR RIGHT HANDED SHOOTER...NOT EASY TO FIND Distinguished from the much more common ADL models by the stepped receiver and the extnsive basket weave checkering; guady in the manner of a full sized 1960's car. This survivor spent much of its life in a safe and clearly has not been carried or hunted muxh however there is some flecking on the receiver on the underside and right side and light scratches on the left side.The stock set is very good with one scratch worth mentioning on the forend and some loss of finish on the black (painted) forend tip . These (BDL's ) were produced from 1966 to 1980 The barrel date code OR makes it July 1968 or a 3d yr production.
The rifle comes with the Leupold/Redfield type scope base but the SCOPE IS NOT INCLUDED. Scope is an exceptional 2.5 x 7 El Passo Tx. Steel tube Weaver with duplex reticle. Scope may be purchased for $ 145.00 (we have many excellent used scopes, including some vintage and vintage obscure ammo...inquire)
