Sold...Steve...This is a massive and heavy custom "Smachete" by Joe Knuth of Rockford, Illinois. It is numbered #423 and dated 1992. It has a plastic tape on the blade describing the smachete, easily removed by the new owner. Made of A2 Tool steel, it measures 20 3/4 inches overall with a sharp kukri style blade of over 15 inches. Full tang with beautifully checkered walnut scales. Scabbard is made of 1 piece walnut with leather and stainless fittings. This is a heavy custom survival "CHOPPER". Unique and 1 of a kind custom by Joe Knuth. USPS Priority mail is 25.00
