"Absolutely beautiful sword circa 1815. Blade is 31" long and is etched in patriotic themes and finished in blue and gilt. Blade is excellent condition. Hilt is relief cast gilded brass with a fancy guard and even a decorated quillion. Eagle head is big and excellent. Scabbard is beautifully engraved in patriotic themes and is made of gilded brass. Truly a stunning sword!
