Payment Types Accepted: Paypal, check or money order Description: This is a lovely and rare shotgun! It's a relatively late (circa late 1887 or 1888) Henry Atkin hammer gun that was actioned by John Robertson of Boss. I recently had the barrels re-blued in England and the stock reoiled. Although it's behind the wood, JR is stamped in the back of the action. It weighs in at 6 lbs 11 ounces and it handles and balances like a dream. The orignal steel barrels are 30 inches long. It comes with a goat skin pad that gets the length of pull out to around15 inches. Also comes with it's original Atkin leather case. The gun has some wear, the checkering is worn, and there's an old repair to the hand of the stock, but everything is in sound shape, tight on-face and ready for the next 100 years afield.
