.I inherited this 1873 1st Model (I was informed) Receiver containing the breech block containing the firing Pin..and lever rod to cock the Hammer...ALL ORIGINAL..!..and what is believed to be the RARE Thumbprint Dust shield(SUPER-SUPER rare pc. to find...!! Obviously there remains NO original finish...The threads appear origina & Clean. I was also informed IF a Carbine is desired..only 2 holes need be drilled for the Saddle Ring. This was found under floorboards in Arizona . What you see is exactly what you will receive...No weld repairs to ANY portion of this receiver...I will ship this item to ANY USA-incl. AK/HI for $27.00..Insurance is Extra cost.//Questions replied to. Item is sold "As-Is"..being Antique Parts...An Orig. '73 Gunstock is included..& possible trades considered for Partial Payment..NOTHIG FFL..!
