Description:
Browning BSS sidelock 12 gauge built in 1983. This gun is new and unfired in a Browning luggage case. It retains 100% of the original metal and wood finish. The 26" barrels are choked improved cylinder and modified. The receiver has full coverage hand cut floral engraving and is coin finished. The straight grip stock has dimensions of 141/8"LOP,11/2" at comb,and 21/2" at heel. The gun weighs 6-8 and balances on the hinge. This is a classic sidelock ejector game gun that compare in quality to the better European doubles. Built in limited numbers, they are getting harder and harder to find. This would make a fine walking pheasant gun or a fun gun for driven birds.
