This Sharps model 1C has the fluted standing breech, round grip to frame juncture, and barrel release on the bottom of the forward frame. The four 2.5"" round 22 Short rimfire barrels have good bright bores with strong rifling and some erosion. They retain approx. 65% of their blue blending to plum. The frame has traces of its silver finish. The Sharps markings on both sides can be seen but are worn. The serial number of the frame, 5342, matches the barrel number. The walnut grips are fine with original finish and no cracks or chips. The action functions correctly. This is a good example of the Sharps model 1C.
