Description:
This is a nice older Savage Model 99 from Grandpa's day in a wonderful old caliber, the .250 Savage also called the .250/3000. Rifle has been used but well taken care of and still has an excellent bore and chamber. Yes it was drilled and tapped for a scope mount which was quite common back in the day. Will outlast you and your children if taken care of. A veteran of many Maine Woods Deer Seasons.
