Offered for sale is a really decent, original condition WINCHESTER 1886 ANTIQUE made in 1889. This big bore Winchester is in 40-82 cal. and has a decent bore, strong rifling with just a little frost in the grooves- should be a great shooter if so desired. Action is crisp and strong. Nice, original blue on the barrel -about 40%. Case colored frame with traces of color in protected areas, the balance nickeling out. Original 26" Octagon barrel with full mag. Wood to metal fit full and nice, original- no cracks in the wrist or anything detracting, just normal handling marks over the years. Original sights. This Winchester is a completely honest, decent gun that will fit nicely in any collection that you could also shoot if desired. Priced to sell quickly at $3200 shipped to lower 48.
