Description:
Barrel measures nearly an inch at the muzzle. Octagon barrel and full length mag tube. Gun is generally in very nice condition with traces of original finish throughout. Mostly turned a plum/brown color. Sharp corners and good markings. Original sights include an "18 marked folding leaf rear sight. Crisp action and tight dust cover. Serial number the 15k range. Wood has been lightly cleaned at one time but is in generally good condition. A minor crack on the forearm. Heavy weight barrels on a first model is very rare encounter.
