Manufactured in the 1950s, this Winchester Model 69A bolt action rifle is a vintage design which was viewed as an accurate .22 sllr design at the time of its post-WWII release. This classic rifle features a barrel marked with company address, trademark and Winchester proofs on the barrel and receiver, round steel barrel with hooded blade front sight, added rear peep sight, with the left side of the stock being cut back to accommodate it, blued finish on the metal components, trigger guard and bolt which have been nickel plated, oil finished walnut stock with plastic checkered Winchester butt plate, and a 5-round magazine "W" marked on the floor plate.
