An excellent condition model 1885 high wall 32-40 caliber, #3 barrel 30 inches octagonal, the bore looks like new...perfect. A beautiful factory original perch belly buttstock with an equally perfect original factory forearm. The butt stock and forearm are in excellent shape, hardly a bruise or a dent. Original factory blueing on the barrel is 98% with a mint bore. Factory blue receiver about 80% and case coloured lever with about 30% case still there. Beautiful original factory varnish on the stocks. Original factory sights in excellent shape. The 1885 rifle was made in 1889. A fine 1885 rifle for the advanced collector. USPS priority mail is 65.00 shipped in a hardcase.
