If you are a history buff, and you like Military firearms, KTC is ecstatic to present this EXTREMELY RARE Greek Mannlicher-Shoenauer Infantry Rifle in the classic 6.5x54mm MS caliber. This rifle is all number matching....except for the bolts, of which it comes with 2ea. One bolt, not installed has a malfunctioning safety and can be used for parts. The bolt installed functions perfectly and with the SOLID Mannlicher construction this 100 year old rifle is just waiting to go to the range. The barrel is in incredible condition with sharp lands/groves and no pitting. She locks up tight....even the safety functions well. If only she could speak, you would hear stories of the Second Greek Republic, fighting the Ottomans, the Italians, the Germans, the Communists....REVOLUTION...and more! When Winston Churchill said, "Until now we used to say that the Greeks fight like heroes. Now we shall say: Heroes fight like Greeks!" THIS is the rifle they carried into battle. You cannot pass this up! OPA!!
