Description:
Very nice and correct Savage 1899 takedown lever action rifle in 22 Savage Hi-Power. This rifle also fires 5.6X52R ammo that is easy to find. The barrel is 20" with the original front sight, clear markings and a bright sharp bore. The fore arm and stock are numbered to the rifle and the stock is correctly hollowed out to make it a featherweight. The buttplate fits perfectly but is numbered to another 1899 rifle. The metal finish is original and the wood is crack free. C and R license will work for this rifle or a FFL that will accept from a non FFL with a valid drivers license.
