This is a fantastic early Colt Single Action Army Revolver. This example shows some of the finest grips I've seen in quite some time; retaining nearly 98% original factory varnish. The frame shows a respectable amount of the original color case hardened finish, approximately 40-50%. The blue on the barrel has flaked to a beautiful untouched patina with prominent blue still showing through in areas. Overall condition rating shows this is a truly exceptional and untouched Colt Single Action Army with an early manufacturing date of 1882. Serial numbers match throughout. It's a bit difficult to find these early Single Actions in this fine of condition. Mechanically excellent. The photographs don't do this gun any justice, this gun in hand shows it's true beauty more then any photograph could accomplish. Shipping is $25 plus actual insurance. Thank you!
