Merkel 203 Game scene Hand detachable sidelock. Used 90%+ condition. 20ga. 26" and 20ga. 28" two, ventilated Bohler steel barreled set. Mfg. May 1968 Serial no.69218 Choked approx. .5800 to .6150 at muzzle ends. Brass sight beads incl. mid-bead. 2 3/4" chambers. H&H auto ejectors. Single selective trigger. Manual safety. 14 5/8" LOP to Pachmayr Old English Red recoil pad. Straight English grip Turkish AAA stocking with long tang metal and long tang checkering. Old style skeet ovate forearm that fits both barrels. Third fastner through bottom of the receiver similar to the 303. Nice crisp semi-deep engraving of Short haired pointer on flushing game birds and running Hare on left of receiver. Right side has Fox stalking/flushing 4 ducks off river. Has the Suhl gunsmith on bottom of receiver that is now discontinued.
Has the usual handling and safe queen handling marks and depressions. Worst is approx. 1/4" on top of buttstock comb. Great gun at a great price.
