Remington Model 870 Magnum Virginia State Police Commemorative (1932 - 1985) pump 12 gauge shotgun. Vented raised rib. Barrel length 28".
Modified choke. 3" chamber. Accepts both 2-3/4" or 3" shells. 5 shot tubular magazine with 3 shot plug included. The wood is a very fine walnut forearm and stock with high gloss finish. Black factory grip cap with with raised duck and ventilated black recoil pad with white line spacer. Manufactured in September 1986. Very rare. One of only 125 total manufactured. New in box, New old stock. Right side of the receiver is engraved with Virginia State Police Trooper badge. Gold lettering below the the ejection port reads "1932 - VSP - 1985 1 of 125". My father was the original owner. This shotgun was never shot, or the slide racked, or assembled. Includes original box numbered to the gun and all documents. Serial number W499166M.
