The Smith & Wesson Model 29-3 .44 Magnum Revolver is both a practical and aesthetical marvel. Combining mechanical excellence, precision, and an abundance of stopping power, the Model 29-3 was the first of the Model 29s to undergo major changes, primarily to its internal mechanics such as the pinned barrel and recessed chamber designs. This classic design incorporates a smooth, finger-grooved, dark walnut grip, color casehardened trigger and hammer, blued finish to the barrel, cylinder and frame, and the Smith & Wesson trademark logo to the rear of the cylinder on the right-side. Beneath the cylinder on the right-side reads "Made in U.S.A. - Marcas Registradas - Smith & Wesson - Springfield, Mass."
