This is a WW2 marked Webley & Scott 1940 dated flare pistol with a 1 ½” bore and is all steel and weights a hefty 3.3 pounds. It has very good mechanical function with a nice bore. Even has the broad arrow military acceptance marks. Military finish, very good plus condition.
