Description:
Colt Detective Special, .38 special 6-shot revolver. "Shrouded" version made in 1974 with blue finish and 2" barrel. This iconic "carry" gun has, like a lot of these, been carried much more than it was ever fired. It is 100% perfect mechanically and it has a perfect bore. Cosmetically it is between 95 - 97% finish condition with a little muzzle wear, faded blue on the left side of the barrel and a tiny spot of surface rust on the frame between the cylinder and the barrel. The bottom of the grips show use.
Overall a nice, iconic carry gun
