Description:
Perazzi Mirage Special 12 Gauge with 29 1/2" Flat Rib Barrels (11mm x 11mm rib). This is the latest generation, a Type IV Forend iron. Serial numbers are all matching on the metal (including removable trigger group) and the forend wood. Newly fitted (May, 2021) "V" hammer springs (2), Firing pins (2), Locking bolt, top lever return spring, cocking bar spring. Barrels have mirror bores. Bottom barrel measures .725 with 30/1000 (Full) Choke. Top barrel is .723 with 45/1000 (Extra Full) Choke. Barrel weight is 1.57 KG. No loose ribs. No cracks to wood. Tight on face of course with the new locking bolt. Some finish wear on stock as evident by photos. Blue wear on edges of the forend iron. Stock dimensions are - LOP - 13 5/8", Drop at Comb - 1 1/8", Drop at Heel 1 5/16". Ask me about additional stocks that are available if this one does not fit. Right hand palm swell.
The Perazzi Mirage Special could be ordered in any configuration. This was most likley configured for International Trap or Pigeon Shooting. With the addition of after market choke tubes it could be an excellent sporting clays gun. The Mirage Special had high polish / luster action and forend iron. Shipping is $50.
