Antique Remington rolling block 50 cal. Spanish marked. No.2 De Talamantes. Spanish Province. Not 50-70 gov. Probably
50-45-400. I don’t have one of these cartridges to check. But Remington made a rolling block pistol in this cartridge as well. Makes sense to have the same cartridge in both rifle and pistol.
